Frequently asked questions about ordering and pickup

How does ordering work?

Browse the counter, add the cuts you want with quantities and prep notes, then choose a pickup time. Your order is sent to the butcher to prepare fresh.

How do I pay?

You pay in person when you collect your order. No card or payment is needed online to place an order.

Is my order confirmed straight away?

An order is a request: the Head Butcher reviews and confirms availability and your pickup time before it's accepted. You'll be notified once it's confirmed.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact the shop before your pickup time and we'll do our best to adjust or cancel your order.

When can I pick up my order?

Choose a pickup window that suits you when you order; the butcher confirms a time based on availability.

Do I need an account?

No — you can place a pickup request as a guest. Customer accounts and order history are coming soon.
